How to Create Automated Workflows
Create a New Workflow
In the Automation section, click the 'Create Workflow' button. Name your workflow and select an appropriate category (e.g., Customer Management, Marketing, Finance).
Set Up Triggers
Choose the event or condition that will start the workflow. Triggers can be time-based events (like every Monday), system events (like a new customer sign-up), or external events (like receiving a specific email).
Define Actions
Set up the actions to be performed when triggered. You can add multiple action steps such as sending emails, creating tasks, updating records, or notifying team members.
Test and Deploy
Test your workflow before activation to ensure everything works as expected. Once satisfied, click 'Activate' to make the workflow live. You can modify or pause workflows at any time.
